This jelly has a higher fruit content (around 80%) and less sugar than a traditional jam, giving a more intense and authentic fruit flavour.
It is made exclusively with fruit grown in the Geneva region, close to Satigny, using artisan know-how that showcases the richness of the local terroir.
Enjoy it with a strong Gruyère for a sweet-and-savoury pairing full of character, or spread it on a red-fruit cake to bring out its deliciously fruity taste.
