Brasserie du Père Jakob, founded in 2009 in Soral (Geneva), is an independent craft brewery run by Stefan Jakob and Fabien Claret. It brews a wide range – blonde, amber, wheat and smoked beers as well as barrel-aged special editions, often in collaboration with other local breweries. The brewery relies on local raw materials and offers tours, tastings and direct sales. It also takes part in local events and supports community initiatives.
