Miro is a natural wine made in Geneva from Barbera grapes from Piedmont. Fermented with whole bunches and only wild yeasts, it shows all the purity of the fruit. Ageing in amphorae gives it a delicate earthy note that suits its aromas of red cherry and wild herbs and its lively acidity. Unfiltered and alive – a minimalist approach and an authentic meeting of two terroirs.
