This young, juicy Gamay is made without added sulphites and shows the grape in a pure, lively form. Fermentation with whole bunches and wild yeasts brings out the natural character of the fruit. It comes from a tiny plot of just 50 square metres in Sézegnin, in the canton of Geneva, and reflects a unique terroir. Light, fruity and lively – a handmade wine with no compromises.
