My name is Juan and I care deeply about biodiversity and the health of people and our environment. After 25 years as a lecturer and researcher in genetics and biodiversity conservation, I wanted to put into practice what I had taught my students. With my daughter I founded the start-up Nature Impulse, which makes healthy foods from vegetables, fruit and seeds – with 100% local organic ingredients and free from common allergens: the delicious CRACK'HO crackers!
