Rich, round, this Imperial “pastry” Stout style beer contains a lot of residual sugars. This density is obtained by double pasting. It doesn't get much darker and sweeter than this. We then added a vanilla tincture that we produced with Tahitian vanilla freshly landed from French Polynesia. A real treat as a dessert or to top off a beautiful day. Be careful, this beer is dangerously drinkable and treacherously pleasant.
