We are pleased to present L'Apicole, a collaboration with the friends of the Brasserie du Père Jakob.
L'Apicole is a braggot, a very old style which contains more Salève honey than Geneva malt . Aged in white wine barrels for 18 months, fermented with yeasts captured in the farm's hives, this dry, delicate beer with a refined floral nose will brighten up your holiday table. Taking the mousse using the traditional Champagne method is the guarantee of a nice pop! upon opening.
