Blow of Heat

Xavier discovered the world of craft beer in 2014 during a trip to Quebec and decided to start brewing himself upon his return to Geneva. The brewery is located in Geneva's Praille district, where it shares premises with the company Geminoh, which reuses the brewer's spent grain as a substrate for growing oyster mushrooms.
