Trans-Lemanic, amber fuses Genevan and German barley malts. In addition to the color, it borrows its mellow notes from caramel, and from hops, its more herbaceous aromas.

It is since an excess of prehistory, in 2015, that the brewery, late SDF, has officiated in the name and spirit of Niton: this Lake Geneva rock, already an altar for ancestral cults and, in the meantime, an erratic topographical landmark.Distance from Saint Jean, Geneva

I try to pay close attention to the origin of the products I use and to work with local products as much as possible. We (the brewers) are lucky to have a malt house in Geneva, so all the malts I use come from the Satigny malt house. For the yeasts I get my supplies from Levatura in Lausanne. As for the hops, some of it comes from the Swiss Jura, otherwise I source it from an agricultural cooperative in Alsace. The water comes from the Geneva network.
