This is another interesting cross between Gouais blanc and Pinot noir. Heir to the elegant “made in” Burgundy grape varieties, Aligoté has found something to express its qualities in the Lully terroir. At the estate we are very attached to it, it is the predominant white grape variety where it covers 1 hectare of vines. Mostly old vines (plantations 1982-1984) where we benefit from plant material which allows us to make rather nice wines. Vinification and aging take place in enameled steel vats. Bottled in the spring following the harvest.
