Bière du Lac offers craft beers brewed in Geneva with carefully selected malt and hops. We have a demanding and closely monitored manufacturing and fermentation process.

The person responsible for the composition of the recipes and the manufacturing process Michel Wagner has been brewing beers at Bout du Lac since 2009. The passionate artisan brewer experiments with his brews a wide variety of recipes and raw materials. He travels several countries to discover the various artisanal productions, always on the lookout for new technical solutions and in search of interesting flavors.
