This wholemeal bread is made using flour sifted at 900 microns, which allows us to retain the vast majority of the wheat grain. We will therefore find the germ (rich in vitamins and minerals), the almond (rich in proteins and carbohydrates) and the husk (rich in dietary fiber). Large in size and shaped into a mold, it is extremely easy to cut. This allows you to better manage your bread stock in a catering offer and to specify the cuts for the sale of bread by weight.
