PRIVACY POLICY :
Tout Local Online uses cookies to collect data to improve your experience and deliver relevant advertising where possible. If you wish to opt-out, please select this option in the pop-up windows when using the website.
Tout Local Online does not sell or share any of the personal data provided by the customer, and stores all member information securely on Wix servers.
Any breach of customer personal data is not the responsibility of Tout Local Online.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
By ordering with Tout Local Online for delivery, you agree that:
Product Liability:
- There is no liability for defective products once items have been accepted by the customer. Acceptance is defined here as the point at which the customer takes delivery from the driver, or the point at which the driver leaves the products in a safe place for the customer.
- The products are delivered in isothermal bags, which enable a cold temperature to be maintained, but not indefinitely. It is the customer's responsibility to store the products properly after receipt.
Deposit bags and glass returns:
- Glass returns will only be accepted if they are returned in the All Local drop bag assigned to that particular customer. Assigned’ means “delivered to a specific customer”. Any account credit will only be applied to the account of the customer to whom the return bag is assigned.
- By using this service, the customer (defined as the person who purchases Tout Local Online service products) agrees to receive Tout Local Online credits only for:
1. Returned glass from the same suppliers as Tout Local Online.
2. Glass that has been rinsed and cleaned.
3. Glass that has not been cracked or broken.
4. Deposit bags in good condition. Good condition means that the bags can be closed and that they are not perforated, torn or scratched.
- It is the customer's responsibility to look after their glass deposits correctly.
- Any Local will not accept any glass that is not accompanied by a deposit from the supplier. For clarity, returnable glass is clearly indicated on each product page on Tout Local Online.
- The value of each deposit return is deemed to be that stated on the relevant product page on Tout Local Online.
Payment and Delivery:
- Tout Local Online will only arrange delivery once payment has been received from the customer.
- Delivery times will be respected as far as possible by Tout Local Online. In case of problem to respect a delivery slot, other slots will be proposed by email or by phone to the customer. The customer has the possibility to use the express delivery option, but will have to pay for it at the price indicated on Tout Local Online, with a credit on the customer's account for any other delivery payment previously incurred, which can be used on the customer's next order.
Product exchanges and weights:
- Tout Local Online will use its best endeavours to deliver products as ordered. However, by using the service, the customer accepts that the weight and variety of products may vary from time to time depending on available stock and, for items cut to size, human accuracy.
RETURNS POLICY :
No returns are accepted on Tout Local Online due to the perishable nature of the items. The customer is responsible for the proper storage of items delivered. Delivery means either receipt by the customer or delivery to a location of the customer's choice.
